We offer support services across a broad range of experiences and challenges that life can present to us.
Below you’ll find some of the areas we often work with.
If you’re not sure where you fit, that’s okay. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all and we can help you through many areas.

Whether it's generalised anxiety, phobias, perfectionism, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, or fear of public speaking, anxiety can be take many forms and it can be exhausting.
Our approach is designed to help you calm the noise, develop more flexible coping strategies, and get back in the driver’s seat of your life.

We provide expert support for individuals experiencing bulimia, anorexia, binge eating and other disordered eating patterns.

Difficulties with body image can shape the way we think, feel, and engage with the world. We support people experiencing persistent dissatisfaction or distress about their appearance, including those living with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).
Support is tailored to reduce shame, build self-awareness, and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, gently guiding you toward self-acceptance.

We aim to be a support as you explore your experience safely and build tools to better manage mood and energy over time.

Relationship come in all shapes and sizes and can be family, romantic, social and even professional. While they can be fulfilling, they can also be a source of difficulty at times.
